Our sailing vessel “JuJu” is located at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, 1651 Ala Moana Blvd, Slip 435 (close to the Hawaii Yacht Club).

You may parallel park next to the street curb (diagonal parking on the center row is not permitted). Parking fees are paid online – look for signs with the QR code. As an alternative, Oahu offers taxi, Uber, and Lyft transportation services.

Yes, our tours are limited to adults 18 years of age and older.

It depends on the kind and severity of the disability.   The needed mobility on an ocean-going sailboat may be impractical if not impossible for a person whose mobility is severely limited. Please speak with the Captain who will make the determination.

Yes, you are welcome to participate. We provide life jackets with jack lines for tethering onboard if you prefer the comfort of additional safety.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks including alcoholic beverages (must be 21 years of age).

Yes, there are two bathrooms below deck.

We hope so. Please keep in mind that aquatic animals are wild and their appearance in the vicinity of boats and people is sporadic depending on the seasons, sea conditions, and other factors. Also, they are protected by Hawaii law governing how close boats may approach.

Yes. Kamaaina and military (active-duty, retirees, veterans, and Reservists) qualify for a 10% discount which also applies to tickets they purchase for all others in their party.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour with us, you must do so 24 hours before your tour time. Failing a timely cancellation or reschedule, you will be assessed a charge of $50 for each individual booking. For example, if you purchased a tour for yourself and your spouse and cancelled 23 hours before your tour time, you would be assessed $100 and the remaining amounts refunded.

If you fail altogether to cancel or reschedule prior to your tour time, deeming yourself a “No Show”, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Note: If we must cancel a tour because of weather conditions or for other reasons, you will be entitled to your choice of a full refund or the ability to reschedule.

No, smoking is NOT permitted on the boat (including e-cigarettes).
